Your customers are ready to buy. Don’t make them wait.
Knollside quotes them instantly and captures the lead, so you stop losing jobs to a callback.
Free for a month. Then from $390/year. One job pays for it.
Not a screenshot. Pick a material, drag the slider, get a price.
Whoever answers first gets the job.
When someone asks what a job costs, they’re asking two or three other shops the same day. The one who answers is the one they end up talking to. Researchers tested exactly that. They filled in the contact form at 1,000 companies and waited to see what came back.
Never answered at all. The message just sat there.
Didn’t get back to them inside an hour.
Average wait, counting only the ones who bothered to reply.
Source: RevenueHero, “We Tested Lead Response Times Of 1000 B2B Sales Teams,” March 2024. The companies tested were software firms rather than trades. It’s cited here because it’s the most recent measurement of how long people are left waiting.
Knollside answers in seconds. At midnight, on a Sunday, while you’re under a sink.
The customer gets a real number from your pricing while they’re still interested, and you get their name, number and job details waiting in your dashboard.
Set yours up free →Set your prices once. It quotes for you after that.
- STEP 1
Set up your pricing
Pick your trade and Knollside starts you with a working estimator with materials, options, add-ons and a labor rate. Rename, reprice, add or remove anything until it matches how you actually quote.
- STEP 2
Put it where customers are
Paste one line of code on your website. No website, or can’t edit it? Share your Knollside link instead: in your Instagram bio, Google profile, email signature, or a text.
- STEP 3
Get the lead
Customers get a real price in seconds, then send it to you to confirm. Their name, email, phone and job details land in your dashboard while they’re still interested.
Change a price later and it updates everywhere instantly. No re-embedding, no touching your website again.
You don’t need a website to use Knollside.
Most people do one of these. Some do both.
Put it on your website
Paste one line where you want the estimator to show up. Anywhere you can add HTML works, and most site builders can. Change your prices later and the page updates itself.
Copy it from your dashboard. It comes filled in with your own address.
Just share your link
No website, or you can’t edit the one you have? Every account gets its own estimator page. Nothing to install. Send the link and it works.

- · Email signature
- · Text it to anyone who asks for a price
Run your own numbers.
We’re not going to tell you how many jobs this wins you. We don’t know your shop. Put in what a job is worth and what you think an instant quote would pick up, and see the arithmetic for yourself.
Starter is $39 a month. At $3,500 a job, it pays for itself the first time it catches one you’d otherwise have missed, a rounding error against a single job. Every quote after that is the upside.
Every number here is yours. We don’t assume an instant quote wins you more work. Move the sliders to whatever you think is realistic and the maths just follows.

The things people ask.
Why not just use a contact form?
A contact form takes their message and leaves them waiting. While they wait they ask two other shops, and whoever answers first is the one they talk to.
Knollside gives them a real ballpark in seconds and still captures the lead. Fewer tyre-kickers, and the calls you do get are from people who already know roughly what it costs.
Am I locked into the price it shows?
No. It shows a range built from your own pricing, and it says plainly that it's an estimate. You still quote the job properly once you know the details.
Think of it as the number you'd say on the phone if someone asked what a kitchen usually runs.
What if my pricing is complicated?
Most of it fits: a rate per unit, upgrade options, add-ons with flat or per-unit pricing, a minimum job, and a spread so you're quoting a range rather than a single number.
If a job is genuinely one-off, the estimator still captures the lead and you take it from there.
Do I need someone technical to set it up?
No. You fill in your pricing, then copy one line into your website — the same way you'd add a YouTube video.
If your site was built by someone else, send them that line and it'll take them two minutes.
Will my competitors see my pricing?
They can, the same as they can walk into your showroom or ask you for a quote. Anyone who wants your prices can already get them by asking.
The thing they can't copy is answering first.
What happens to the leads?
They land in your dashboard with the person's name, number, and what they were pricing up — so you know what the conversation is about before you ring back.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. No call, no notice period.

Set up your pricing, paste one line into your site, and the next person who asks what a job costs gets an answer instead of a waiting game.
